Responsibilities

Identify and target new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, salons, and stylists.
Develop a deep understanding of client needs through active listening and empathy.
Present and promote products/services to existing and prospective clients.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategy and drive sales initiatives.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and educational classes to represent the brand.
Provide ongoing support and training to clients to help them succeed with our products.
Maintain a detailed and organized sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Monday.com, Salesforce).
Stay updated on industry trends and continuously seek ways to improve sales techniques.
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to inform strategies.

Required

5+ years of experience in B2B outside sales, preferably in beauty & cosmetics or similar industries such as consumer packaged goods (CPG), pharmaceuticals, hospitality, or technology.
Experience working with distributors and managing client relationships.
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Monday.com) for pipeline and opportunity management.
A consultative sales approach, with experience in outside sales, closing deals, and handling high-value accounts.

Preferred

Territory management experience is a plus.
