Regional Business Manager

Responsibilities
Work closely with the Sales Team to master the Company’s selling process.
Establish and maintain close business relationships with retail and wholesale customers.
Manage the broker network supporting the business.
Travel to meet key customers and brokers in the assigned area.

Required
At least ten years’ experience as a Regional Sales or Broker Manager is essential, with a thorough knowledge of the grocery industry.
Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and address issues in a business-like manner.
Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Experience using CRM software.
Experience and expertise using trade promotion services and analytical tools.
Must be willing and able to travel four days/three nights per week.
