Responsibilities
Assist the Regional Vice President in developing and executing strategic initiatives.
Provide insights and feedback on regional market trends, potential opportunities, and competitive analysis.
Serve as a liaison for internal and external communications on behalf of the Regional Vice President.
Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at meeting and exceeding regional revenue targets.
Network and promote Accelerant with prominent Accelerant customers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Accelerant Solutions' market share.
Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
Function as the designated point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met.
Address customer concerns and provide effective solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Develop customized proposals and presentations for potential clients.
Ensure proposals align with client objectives and highlight the unique value proposition of Accelerant Solutions.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to gather relevant data, insights, and resources for proposal content.
Represent Accelerant Solutions at industry meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
Network with industry professionals to build strategic partnerships and enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate on the planning and execution of events to highlight company capabilities and thought leadership.

Required
Nuclear industry training management experience
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
