Responsibilities

Develop and execute an annual operating plan with financial, volume, and distribution objectives in partnership with the CCO.
Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to grow the business in the assigned region.
Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers and Brand Ambassadors.
Oversee budgets for incentives, branded merchandise, and other expenses.
Pitch and secure placement of Good Boy Vodka products in new On- and Off-Premise accounts.
Visit and strengthen relationships with existing accounts.
Engage and motivate distributor management teams to meet goals and objectives.
Schedule and oversee On- and Off-Premise sampling events to boost consumer engagement and brand awareness.
Educate retailers, distributors, and consumers on the Good Boy Vodka product portfolio.
Track account acquisition and monitor territory sales growth.
Collaborate with distribution partners to ensure brand representation aligns with company standards.
Plan and participate in regional Good Boy Vodka events.
Perform additional work-related duties and special projects as assigned.

Required

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Possess a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle.
Willingness to travel for account and team management.
Availability to work nights and occasional weekends.
Self-driven with strong initiative and time management skills.
Exceptional verbal communication and organizational skills.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and company email systems.
Familiarity with VIP Karma is required.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a regional team.

Preferred

A minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the alcoholic beverage industry is preferred.
Established industry connections and relationships are strongly preferred.
