Responsibilities
Reach out to commercial property owners, real estate investors, and tax professionals to present CSSI's tax-saving solutions through cold-calling, networking, social media and e-mail.
Understand client needs deeply to tailor our tax solutions for optimal impact, explaining complex tax concepts in an approachable way.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering support, education, and guidance to ensure they derive maximum value from our tax solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and developments to effectively communicate the value of CSSI's services such as R&D, 179D and Cost Seg services.
Work closely with our internal tax experts, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets, tracking performance KPI’s and identifying areas for improvement. Self-generate your leads and follow up on company provided leads to development business.

Required
Minimum 5 years of successful B2B professional sales experience, preferably in tax, finance, or consulting industries.
Strong understanding of tax solutions, incentive programs, and industry compliance requirements.
Ability to communicate complex tax information with clarity and precision.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Willingness to travel nationally as needed.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
