Responsibilities

Manage environmental compliance program for operating sites and handover of construction projects to operations.
Support operations personnel in completing regulatory obligations and addressing permit requirements.
Interact with facility personnel, company management, legal counsel, environmental sustainability team, and other relevant internal stakeholders to communicate environmental requirements, identify compliance issues, act as a technical resource, and coordinate on key initiatives.
Define and implement necessary training for facility operations personnel for managing environmental issues.
Support site incident investigations.
Interact with regulatory agency personnel on major environmental issues.
Monitor development of legislative changes in the Americas, analyze potential impacts on operations, and provide updates to the site personnel.

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field AND 4+ years experience in Environmental Health and Safety Worldwide Regulations + OR equivalent experience.
4+ years of combined experience in environmental permitting and compliance management in the U.S.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.

Preferred

6+ years of combined experience in environmental permitting and compliance management in the U.S.
Experience with Enhesa, Regscan, EIA Tracker, Enablon, Intelex or similar tools.
