Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets within the assigned region, identifying opportunities for new sales channels and leading the expansion into new markets.
Hire, manage, and provide coaching and support to a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet performance targets and provide excellent customer service.
Conduct sales performance analysis, generate sales reports, and lead sales forecasting efforts for the region.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Medicare beneficiaries, providers, and government agencies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare insurance products and services, ensuring that sales professionals are equipped to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the Medicare insurance division is integrated effectively with other business lines.
Monitor expenses and manage resources effectively to meet financial targets.

Required

Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in healthcare or insurance sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
A Florida Producer's license
In-depth knowledge of Medicare insurance regulations and compliance requirements
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a high-performing team
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to achieve organizational goals

Preferred

Master's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field
