Responsibilities

Supervises, hires, trains, evaluates, develops, and motivates team of RMT’s

Develops training programs for technicians to be performed by RMT’s

Helps ensure that goals are met; Ensures proper completion and documentation of training requirements

Evaluates success of programs by analysis of Daily Training Support Notes, Technician Satisfaction Surveys, RMT Feedback Survey, and AFM Weekly Safety Meeting surveys. Researches and identifies program changes. Makes appropriate recommendations to management

Serves as a Technical Advisor and/or liaison to partnering departments. Resolves escalated issues and implements procedures for repair

Develops, reviews and recommends policies, practices and procedures, in conjunction with Management. Communicates changes with employees as applicable
