Responsibilities
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats within the region.
Develop and implement effective business strategies to expand market share and achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
Work closely with internal departments such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
Prepare regular reports and analysis on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities. Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize results.

Required
5+ years of Business Development experience
Multi-regional and national sales experience required
5+ years of Sales experience, focusing on both regional and national markets
5+ years of Client Relations experience, managing relationships at both regional and national levels
5+ years of Strategic Partnerships experience, including collaboration with partners on both regional and national scales
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Willingness to travel within the designated region as required
Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process and continuously meet any applicable state, county, and municipal requirements
