Responsibilities

Conduct regular, individualized coaching sessions with franchisees in the region, providing feedback on progress, setting goals, and discussing strategies tailored to the local market.

Analyze each franchisee’s business metrics to identify areas of improvement, as well as successful practices that can be replicated or adapted.

Work with franchisees to set realistic yet ambitious business goals, along with strategies and timelines to achieve them.

Offer support on specific challenges in areas like staffing, marketing, and operations, providing relevant solutions based on local market conditions.

Ensure each franchise owner complies with their Franchise Agreement

Interpret and implement brand policies and operating practices as they relate to providing consultation or expert advice to franchisees

Document daily communication reports

Manage and document your travel and time in the field

Conduct franchise field visits, traveling up to 40%

Identify and share Best Practice ideas to improve system standards

Drive system initiatives

Attend regional educational conferences

Gather and provide feedback to the corporate team on franchisee concerns

Lead select Peer Groups

Required

Proven experience in business coaching or consulting, ideally within a franchise or multi-location business.

Ability to work from home and travel up to 40% to our franchise owners within assigned territory.

Proven track record in driving revenue growth.

Demonstrated competency in business analysis, marketing and development.

Design and/or implementation of systems for data input, collection, and aggregation.

Exceptional written, verbal and consultative communication skills with the ability to influence, coach and motivate.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and time management skills.

Basic proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems.

Motivated, self-manager with a strong team orientation.

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Business or an Operations Management Related Field.

5+ years experience in home care or the senior care industry.

The ideal candidate will have strong business coaching experience, an entrepreneurial management approach and a proven track record of getting results.
