Responsibilities
Apply and teach Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) concepts, conducting effective training across all departments to enhance overall reliability knowledge.
Implement and refine workflow process improvements within the maintenance operations to increase uptime and optimize resource utilization.
Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving teams effectively.
Create value, focus on results, and demonstrate strong decision-making and organizational skills.
Pursue continuing education in reliability applications, practices, and management.
Maintain familiarity with Safety and Environmental Regulations.
Lead the development of skills and knowledge within the Maintenance Department.
Commitment to working safely and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Ability and willingness to work in a manufacturing plant environment, including extended periods in noisy, non-climate-controlled areas.

Required
Five (5) years or more of experience in maintenance supervisory roles and/or manufacturing systems reliability.
Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical machinery, including conveyor systems, breakers, boilers, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, etc.
Strong oral and written communication skills that promote collaborative teamwork and the ability to influence others.
Demonstrated experience in leading improvement efforts in Maintenance Reliability, Predictive and Preventive Maintenance, and utilizing Root Cause Analysis or similar problem-solving tools.
Intermediate or higher-level proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS software.
Willingness to travel up to 75% to manufacturing locations within the responsible region.
Ability and willingness to work in a manufacturing plant environment, including extended periods in noisy, non-climate-controlled areas.
Commitment to working safely and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Maintain familiarity with Safety and Environmental Regulations.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
