Responsibilities

Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to develop and execute operational strategies across multiple locations.

Lead, coach, and develop branch managers and staff, setting performance goals and monitoring progress.

Standardize and streamline processes, ensuring consistent customer service, financial management, and operational excellence across branches.

Cultivate strong customer relationships and maintain engagement with key clients.

Drive sales, margin, and profitability goals, ensuring each location meets or exceeds targets.

Coordinate with sales, merchandising, marketing, and inventory teams to optimize branch performance and ensure alignment with company goals.

Manage budgets, conduct audits, and provide regular updates on operational and financial plans.

Monitor competitive activity within the region and adapt strategies as needed.
