Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients, including dentists, medical practitioners, dental laboratories, and government healthcare providers;
Generate leads through market research, cold calling, and networking;
Maintain a database of qualified prospective and active customers and update CRM systems regularly;
Responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting through closing, including customer onboarding, training, and account management;
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns to enhance customer satisfaction and retention;
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, providing insights and recommendations to senior management;
Review regional business reports, recognize sales trends, and respond appropriately to customer business trends;
Represent our client at regional events, trade shows, and industry conferences, networking with key stakeholders and promoting our products and services.

Required

Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire customers
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with key decision-makers
Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a positive attitude
Team player with a willingness to travel on a regular basis (50%)
Be flexible and adapt to changing job responsibilities in the industry
Thorough understanding of marketplace dynamics and competitive issues
Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Knowledge and skills in conducting video call platforms, i.e. – Zoom, Google Meet, etc.
Bachelor’s Degree (BA, BS) or equivalent work experience in business development preferred
Minimum 7 years of sales/B2B experience
Dental or Medical device experience is required
Valid passport and driver's license
Willing to provide references from previous employers (if asked)
