Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate the competitive medical laboratory middleware market.
Identify and engage key decision-makers in hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare organizations.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects.
Lead impactful first-level product demonstrations, leveraging technical support as needed for advanced engagements.
Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions, including product upgrades, migrations, and new service offerings.
Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong, trust-based relationships.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a results-oriented mindset.

Required
At least 3 years of experience in sales of healthcare IT solutions, preferably for medical and clinical laboratories (e.g., middleware, Laboratory Information System, Laboratory Information Management System or related software).
A 'hunter' mentality with a passion for identifying and closing new opportunities.
Strong knowledge of the assigned region and its healthcare market.
