Responsibilities

Lead the penetration of GPS, Wren hardware solutions and the Surveill VMS within the financial and banking sectors in your territory.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies specifically tailored to these markets, continuously adapting to market dynamics and customer needs.
Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities, especially within financial vertical, including cold calling and strategic prospecting to expand the customer base and build relationships with key financial institutions.
Provide tailored education to financial and banking clients, demonstrating how our suite of solutions addresses their security needs.
Coordinate with channel managers to support VMS sales opportunities in the financial market.
Directly manage and grow named multi location accounts, particularly within the financial and banking sectors, ensuring that these key relationships are nurtured and aligned with broader regional sales goals.
Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, employing strong negotiation skills to secure and finalize contracts.
Use CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze trends specific to the financial and banking markets to inform sales strategies and report progress to senior management.

Required

Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years’ sales experience related to Security Systems is required with a specific emphasis on video and VMS solutions.
Willing to travel 50% across the territory with potentially some travel to other locations in the US as required.
Excellent presentation and communications skills.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Skillful in developing new customers and maintaining relationships.
Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
Strong analytical skills.
Able to establish goals and meet corporate objectives.
Self-motivated team player who works well with others.
Candidate should reside in Georgia, South Carolina, or Northern Florida.
