Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the Field Team, fostering a culture of high energy, ambition, and continuous improvement.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans in collaboration with the Executive Team to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Conduct biweekly training sessions and weekly one-on-one meetings with Field Team to enhance communication and performance.
Analyze sales data to forecast performance, identify new market opportunities, and optimize profitability.
Report on sales performance to company leadership, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and retailer partners (corporate and store level), understanding their business needs and aligning our services accordingly.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement targeted sales strategy and drive business growth

Required
5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager, directly managing a team of sales professionals at various levels
Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing sales professionals.
Innovative and strategic thinker, capable of developing client-focused, differentiated solutions.
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Ability to plan and execute strong strategies
High level of understanding of the market
Advanced Microsoft Office suite proficiency
