Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to introduce the client’s platform to crop insurance agents and growers.
Build strong relationships with growers, offering insights and conducting simulations using the platform to demonstrate its value and capabilities and support partner agencies.
Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with crop insurance agents and AIPs.
Serve as a subject matter expert for platform, providing tailored demonstrations and expert advice to both agents and growers.

Required
3+ years of experience in crop insurance sales, business development, or a related role.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, startup environment.
Proven track record of successful business development and sales growth, particularly in engaging with crop insurance agents and specialty crop growers.
Strong understanding of data-driven platforms and crop insurance.
Ability to understand complex crop insurance solutions and explain predictive insights.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, finance, or a related field preferred.
