Responsibilities

Provide strong leadership and guidance to the regional sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture to achieve sales objectives.

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant life sciences or business-related field.
5 years in a sales management role within the life sciences or biotechnology industry, with a successful history of achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team towards exceptional performance.
In-depth knowledge of the life sciences market, customer needs, and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans effectively.
Results-oriented and driven to exceed sales goals and objectives.

Preferred

A Master's degree is preferred.
