Responsibilities

Own regional revenue execution, growth, and profit insights
Create and execute a customer call plan that grows current relationships while developing new opportunities and expands the served industries
Travels throughout assigned region to call on existing or prospective customers to solicit orders
Makes customer contact, phone, email and web meetings on a scheduled basis
Maintain customer contact information and call reports
Displays and demonstrates the company values
Reviews supplied quotations and follows up to meet or exceed quote-hit-rate goal
Prepares reports of business transactions and maintains expense reports
Works with inside sales representatives to keep account activities and call reports up to date through CRM system
Investigates and works with the CCO to resolve customer complaints
Attends trade shows to represent the company
Frequent travel is expected to drive and meet the sales objectives

Required

Energetic, self-motivated, high performing sales professional with a proven track record
Ability to develop and execute strategies to meet goals in heavy industrial markets
Own regional revenue execution, growth, and profit insights
Create and execute a customer call plan that grows current relationships while developing new opportunities and expands the served industries
Travel throughout assigned region to call on existing or prospective customers to solicit orders
Make customer contact, phone, email and web meetings on a scheduled basis
Maintain customer contact information and call reports

Preferred

A bachelor’s degree in a related Engineering or Business field
Minimum 3 years of sales and solution providing experience
Have an existing network of customer relationships that can be leveraged to introduce M-7 Technologies and our capabilities
Proven track record of measurable accomplishments in Industrial Sales and Marketing
Sales experience showing profitable revenue generation and revenue growth
Deep level knowledge of industry, parts being manufactured, OEMs, Asset owners, current supply chain, industry challenges, price points of parts and products
Professional communicator, oral and written (able to get along with others)
Working or general knowledge of manufacturing (machining, assembly, testing, measurement)
Working knowledge of manufacturing landscape, major trends, and key players
Strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability
Goal oriented, team oriented, motivated to succeed
