Responsibilities

Manage and develop sales strategies.

Present new products and services to new customers.

Enhance existing customer relationships.

Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of M&M Carnot’s products and services.

Represent M&M Carnot by attending trade shows, industry events & educational sessions.

Partner with Marketing for market plans and potential targets.

Required

At least 5 years of industrial refrigeration experience

Strong communication and presentation skills

Possess a Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree

Past equipment, manufacturing, or contracting sales required

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with software including MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), technical rating and pricing software, and CRM software such as Salesforce
