Responsibilities
Analyze your geographic market potential and keep yourself updated about new projects in your area.
Managing and maintain a strong relationship with current customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction based on our core values and collect knowledge about the customer’s value prop, tech, process and current partnerships
Drive sales by using our defined sales process at new customers with key decisions makers related to material handling, lean processes, manufacturing and logistics in our industry segments and participate in the negotiation of terms and deal closing to maximize business value
Gather information and requirements about the customers’ business and processes in all meetings and then manage the projects from start to finish by making sure our design team match the design of the solution with the requirement of the customer.
Manage projects involving automation to include: Mechanical concept, Tugger trains, Automation.
Work together with our global sales organization to share knowledge of globally accounts and share customer success stories with the organization.
Work with internal teams on behalf of customers to ensure the highest level of customer service while solving client issues strategically
Use and update our tools within the sales process to ensure an efficient process.
Maintain a high level of relevant domain and competitive knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations and consult potential customer and partners on business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and cost benefits of each
Drive a culture of customer success, ensuring customers are a priority and our commitment to meeting customer needs is kept in the forefront

Required
Background in selling Lift or Heavy Equipment solutions to clients in manufacturing, distribution/warehousing, and Material Handling.
Ability to cover a multi-state territory.
Experience of technology-based solution selling.
Strong negotiation and account management skills.
Experience within logistics, material handling or supply chain and preferably engineering or technical background.
Documented good sales results in previous employment.
Experience from using different kind of business systems for sales, communication skills at all levels.
Experience within continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing.
Experience calling on Manufacturing and industrial customers.
