Responsibilities

Deliver the Signature Experience that leaves customers and prospects wowed (Find out more: BW Signature Experience).
Lead new business development, seizing opportunities that open doors to new revenue streams, untapped markets, and enhanced capabilities.
Foster new customer relationships to fuel regional expansion.
Develop and uphold a comprehensive regional TAC (Target Account Conversion) plan, ensuring regular visits to all current and target customers.
Perform professional sales calls, passionately advocating for our company's services across your territory.
Showcase your expertise in selling our value proposition over mere price considerations, especially in harsh and extreme environments.
Dive into industry conferences and regional gatherings, staying ahead of the curve in your field.

Required

5-8 years of experience in technical/complex selling of automation and motion control products to industrial OEM, end user and distributor accounts
Effective at setting, evaluating, and executing individual and regional goals that create a dynamic results-oriented sales environment aligned with the company’s culture and core values
Responsible for performance of Manufacturing Reps assigned to territory
Lead product and application training at OEM, ASP, and key distributor locations
Ability to sell added-value solutions by leveraging differentiation and creating a competitive advantage
Excellent presentation skills as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
Effective use of core technology tools; CRM system, dashboards, and MS Office (i.e. digital selling tools)
Strong critical thinking and listening skills, along with a strong desire to produce exceptional results and build customer advocacy
Represent BW in a positive light by being recognized as a go-to resource that strengthens customer relationships, building advocacy and sustainable business levels
