Responsibilities
Be a Hunter: Go after new logo business by contacting prospects through various channels to qualify their needs and propose appropriate solutions
Manage the sales process from prospecting to close, maintain a robust sales pipeline
Schedule and conduct online product demos, provide sales support
Prioritize activities to meet sales quota and objectives
Manage and track leads using CRM, maintain relationships with prospects
Develop strategic plans to grow business, negotiate business terms
Coordinate legal interactions for contracting processes

Required
3+ years of full cycle sales experience in the Mid-Market space, track record of exceeding company sales quotas, and multi-tasking and strong time management skills
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Must be comfortable demonstrating software and speaking to technical and non-technical executives alike
Experience using a CRM or contact management system Strong business acumen
Ability to understand and effectively explain the benefits of talent management
Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
Consideration for privacy and security obligations
Preferred
Experience in business services and/or software sales, successfully selling solutions or services at the executive level
Experience with solution selling and new business development
