Responsibilities
Management Team Member : As a senior management team member, assists in developing short- and long-term business plans and objectives. Participates in weekly staff meetings, monthly Budget and Business Reviews, and other special meetings as required. Participates in decision-making for Company plans, policies, and procedures. Partner with the Value Stream Product Manager, Executive Director Sales and Business Development managers when requested.
Sales Planning and Forecasting : Along with the Director of Sales, Product Line Managers and other senior managers, develop annual bookings and design plans and objectives. Tracks performance to plan and provides weekly, monthly, quarterly, and special reports as required. Submits daily Major Opportunity report updates using SFDC. Develops and submits monthly bookings Guidance View and Short-Term Forecast.
Sales Team Management : Participates in semi-annual sales meetings. Manages and evaluates the Field Application Engineer (FAE) design-in activity on a bi-monthly cadence. FAE management includes supervising, mentoring, and coaching while developing objectives that align with your territory business plans, approving travel requests, reviewing customer meeting reports and career development.
Intermediary Management : Identifies requirements for Intermediaries (Advisors & Resellers). Hires evaluates performance, terminates, and replaces Intermediaries as needed. Negotiates and manages Advisors commissions. Monitors SFDC data and supports bi-monthly opportunity reviews, Responsible for developing, implementing, evaluating, and recommending adjustments for Intermediaries agreements.

Required
Generally six (6) years or more of experience in a related field
Minimum of four (4) years or greater experience in people management
Business / Commerce (Bachelor's degree) or Business Administration (Bachelor's degree) or Engineering (Bachelor's degree)
Applicable experience in lieu of a Degree may be considered.
