Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

Cultivate strong relationships with key clients in sectors such as legal and healthcare, understanding their unique needs and how our solutions can meet those needs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, especially in the legal and healthcare sectors.

Analyze regional market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure sales strategies align with marketing campaigns and product developments.

Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management, providing insights into sales performance, market conditions, and potential challenges.

Participate in industry conferences and events to build network, enhance company visibility, and uncover new sales opportunities.

Required

Proven experience in selling Data Privacy, Data Security, or Data Compliance products.

Familiarity with the legal and healthcare industries.

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.

Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

Build strong relationships with enterprise customers, especially in the legal and healthcare sectors.

Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
