Responsibilities
Sales Generation: Leverage Representative’s existing customer account portfolio and relationships to supplement rapid sales growth. Proactively identify and target additional B2B clients within the designated territory and drive the progression through the sales pipeline to achieve sales objectives and KPI’s.
Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication, in-person visits, product education, and exceptional customer service. Identify customer key decision factors to assist continuous improvement initiatives and achieve total customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the product line, staying up to date with industry trends, and effectively communicating and educating customers on the unique benefits and functionality of the products.
Brand Awareness: Leverage trade shows and counter days to increase brand awareness and build connections with distributors and customers.
Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and market penetration.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
Proven track record of sales success in a similar role
Experience in business development, sales, and marketing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Knowledge of B2B sales processes
Ability to identify customer needs and effectively communicate product benefits
Willingness to travel within the designated territory
Preferred
Experience in the LED lighting industry
Existing customer account portfolio in the New England territory
Experience with trade shows and counter days
