Responsibilities
Represent and promote Lumaby driving sales growth and exceeding performance targets.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within the Carrier, Shipper, and Broker market segments.
Provide creative and tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of the market.
Engage in active prospecting, including outreach via LinkedIn and other platforms, event participation, and additional lead generation tactics to continuously grow your pipeline.
Deliver effective and engaging presentations to clients, showcasing the value of Luma’s Learning Platform.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer success post-sale.
Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Actively contribute to sales forecasting, reporting, and meeting departmental goals.
Demonstrate Luma’s core values and culture in all interactions, building trust and delivering on commitments.

Required
At least 5 years of experience in the transportation industry with a focus on Carriers (Fleets).
Solid understanding of the safety and compliance space.
Experience in clearly assessing client needs and customer requirements.
Experience with different types of business stakeholders.
The ability to keep pushing through difficulties while always staying motivated.
Exceptional time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
Travel up to 20%
