Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities
Execute sales and marketing plans for the region to achieve corporate objectives.
Service established customers and support growth with the product offering.
Qualify and develop prospective customers and establish new business within the region on a monthly basis.
Train customers and their sales representatives on the product offering.
Work with Sales Director on product positioning in the customer base to gain market share.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to the customer base and end-users.
Propose customer solutions across different applications using the available product range.
Assist customers in developing forecasts and demand planning for manufacturing and Supply Chain purposes.
Review and monitor competitive products entering the market, providing feedback to Sales Director and Engineering Manager.
Analyze regional performance against plans and provide reports to the Director of Sales.
Represent Maxam at Trade Shows, Dealer Shows, and Trade Association meetings to promote brand awareness and product availability.
Collaborate with Sales Director, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams.
Requires weekly travel within the assigned territory.

Required
Bachelor’s degree: Business Administration, Marketing or Sales, or equivalent number of years of experience.
Five (5-10) years of related experience in tire or tire related industry with progressive growth experience.
