Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned region.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Present and demonstrate our capital equipment, including robotics machinery, to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits.
Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, product management, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential customers.
Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the company and the customer.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management.

Required
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in capital equipment and/or packaging sales.
Direct sales experience with leading domestic CPG companies.
Four-year degree in Sales, Engineering or Business is highly desired.
Mechanical aptitude to understand packaging automation and company products.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
In-depth knowledge of robotics machinery and its applications within the packaging industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region up to 70%
