Responsibilities

Developing sales strategy to achieve growth.
Delivering regional sales target in the annual operating plan.
Leading sales and application engineers to establish a solid opportunity pipeline.
Securing design wins on must-win projects.
Developing and managing higher level customer relationships.
Meeting KPIs including customer satisfaction, forecast accuracy, and pricing actions.
Working across functions to influence and collaborate effectively.
Developing and retaining sales talent.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. May consider equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
6+ years’ experience in leading sales processes and engineered sales to accelerate growth for new products/designs.
Demonstrated success in Business-to-Business environment leading the effort to develop new sales
Track record of sales growth and successful new product launches/market penetration
Strong communication and interpersonal skills allowing individual to convey message to customers and to engage cross departmental teams.
Experience with forecasting and demand planning processes
Demonstrated effective use of process improvement toolsets into technical/engineering environment (could include lean, six sigma, design experiments, root cause analysis, etc.) is an advantage.
Proficiency and working knowledge of MS Office and CRM-system like Salesforce.com.
Up to 50% travel required.
