Responsibilities
Drive automation solutions within the water and wastewater industry.
Plan, develop, and implement marketing strategies and programs to increase profitability and market share of Engineered Control Solutions offerings.
Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers through meetings, emails or phone calls.
Promote SJE’s Engineered Control Solutions within the water and wastewater industry.
Work with customers to find solutions to their issues.
Analyze market trends and identify new product ideas.
Work with the Operations and Marketing Teams to develop marketing strategies.

Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Very well organized
Natural drive to succeed
High level of technical automation competence to support customer and company needs
Understanding of representative management
Knowledge of territory and ability to build relationships
Preferred
Three to five years of experience is preferred
4-year degree in engineering or related field
