Responsibilities
Overseeing sales in the Southern California/Southwest markets
Developing and executing sales strategies
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Maintaining relationships with existing clients
Attend and participate in trade shows, seminars, webinars, and other promotional sales activities
Setting sales targets
Track and follow up on opportunities via CRM
Work cohesively with Speco’s Product Management, Marketing, and System Design team

Required
Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve sales targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Willingness to travel within the region
Preferred
Experience in the security industry is highly preferred
