Responsibilities

Responsible for developing, implementing, and reinforcing sales and marketing quotas and strategies for both short-term and long-term.
Serve as a key contact for The Wound Pros leadership and clients to address product and service issues. Ensure The Wound Pros Sales teams are fully trained, versed, and equipped to engage clients and grow their respective territories.
Responsible for the profitability and growth of the sales division.
Ensure appropriate talent selection, organization, and leadership for the sales division.
Able to represent The Wound Pros at official functions, meetings, conventions, and face-to-face meetings to promote The Wound Pros' sales and growth initiative.
Positively contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results
Provide the necessary support to sales associates to enable them to generate market leads and close new deals
Develop and implement new programs, sales initiatives, and strategies to capture key demographics.

Required

Minimum of one year experience in outside sales and quotas in a healthcare setting
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline
6-8 years of proven sales/marketing experience in the medical device industry (or related business)
Contract management and negotiation experience required
Extensive knowledge of software sales and usage, particularly in the hospital and/or long-term care setting
Goal-driven, passionate leader with acumen and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate
Proactive, results-oriented, and eager to contribute
Maintain industry awareness regarding market trends, competition, product acceptance, and new product releases
Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to see through and handle the complexity of all situations
Ability to develop and implement solutions, from strategy to deliverables
Multitasking ability and strong management skills
Extensive clinical product/service sales knowledge that leads to the identification of market trends and sales strategies
Demonstrated ability to communicate with, lead, and influence others
Demonstrated excellence with oral and written communication skills, along with constructing business presentations

Preferred

Spanish bilingual is a plus
MBA is desirable
Customer and Enterprise Leadership experience in ASCs preferred
