Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor Territory Sales Managers and the Commercial Business Development Manager, providing guidance to achieve individual and regional sales targets.
Foster a high-performance culture within the sales team through effective training, coaching, and performance management.
Develop and implement regional sales strategies that align with Zip Water’s overall business objectives and market trends.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and prioritize target markets and key customer segments.
Oversee relationships with multiple manufacturer representative agencies, ensuring alignment with company goals and effective execution of sales strategies.
Provide support and resources to manufacturer reps to enhance their effectiveness in promoting Zip Water products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including architects, engineers, facility managers, and procurement professionals.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
Set sales targets and KPIs for the sales team and manufacturer rep agencies, tracking progress and providing actionable insights.
Prepare and present sales performance reports, pipeline developments, and market opportunities to senior management.
Work closely with marketing and product teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to regional needs.
Represent Zip Water at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.

Required
Proven experience in sales management, with a strong background in managing teams and external partners, preferably in the water solutions or related industry.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing sales teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering relationships with clients and industry partners.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends effectively.
Proficient in MS Office
Travel required
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
