Responsibilities
Build a daily call plan and faithfully execute that plan to consistently meet productivity goals, measured daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
Educate and develop target accounts to create sales-ready contacts and opportunities to hand off to regional sales managers (RSMs).
Research warm leads, locate contact information, build database of prospects in Salesforce, and develop strategies to target new appraisal business.
Connect with current and prospective clients via phone, email, and through other social media touch points.
Help create and prioritize strategic target account lists and contacts within a defined territory; research accounts, identify key players and generate interest through discovery calls and email campaigns.
Generate sales-ready meetings and qualified opportunities for Regional Sales Managers (RSM) following NAN qualification criteria.
Understand and uncover customer needs and business problems and effectively communicate how NAN can solve them.
Maintain knowledge and awareness of NAN products and competitive advantages.

Required
MUST RESIDE IN ONE OF THE FOLLOWING MIDWEST STATES TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE: IL, MI, OH, WI, IN, KY, MO, MN, SD and ND.
