Responsibilities
Providing expert guidance on a wide range of laws related to health and welfare plans, including ERISA, PPACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and the Internal Revenue Code
Responding to compliance inquiries
Conducting compliance checklist reviews
Staying up-to-date with the evolving legislative and regulatory landscape
Conducting seminars, webinars, and internal training
Owning regional compliance initiatives in collaboration with sales and account management leaders

Required
Minimum of 4 years' experience in employee benefits and/or compliance
In-depth knowledge of laws and regulations governing health and welfare plans, including ERISA, PPACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and the Internal Revenue Code
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to interact effectively with both internal and external clients
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Strong sense of business ethics and integrity
Preferred
Brokerage or consultant account management experience
CEBS designation or equivalent industry experience
Experience conducting seminars, webinars, and internal training
Law degree (not required but attorneys will be considered)
