Responsibilities
Hold an outside sales role, executing the sales process from prospecting to securing new clients.
Build new relationships with financial partners for ongoing business, focusing on long-term partnerships rather than one-time sales.
Qualify prospects and generate face-to-face meetings to achieve sales targets by winning Cash Balance and Defined Contribution Plans.

Required
3-5 years of proven high-value sales experience, particularly in a long sales cycle with complex products or services.
A bachelor’s degree or relative experience.
Must obtain ASPPA QKA Designation within 4 months of employment.
Strong communication, listening, presentation, and computer/software skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships and close deals.
Drive and discipline to stay focused with a commitment to excellence.
Willingness to travel daily within your assigned territory and occasional overnight stays.
You must reside within your assigned territory; we do not offer relocation.
A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required.
