Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with financial advisors in order to market Crossmark’s products, as well as identify new sales opportunities within their geographic territory.
Raise and retain assets within a geographic territory by developing meaningful relationships via virtual and in-person engagements with financial advisors to share sales ideas, provide product information, and and attend industry events.
Deliver effective presentations to promote Crossmark products, services and competitive advantages.
Develop and implement a business plan and sales strategy for their geographic territory.

Required
Series 6 or 7, Series 63 and Series 65 (or equivalent) required.
Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of industry sales experience required.
Experience calling on Wirehouse, Regional, and Independent financial consultants.
Demonstrated relationship management skills, including the ability to work in a team environment.
Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to travel (75% or more)
Preferred
Advanced certification (e.g., CFA, CIMA, etc.) preferred.
Established advisor relationships in the territory preferred.
