Regional Vice President - Account Management

Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters
Nurture and maintain robust and lasting client relationships
Uphold high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement
Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements to optimize profitability
Foster trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions in accordance with customer needs and objectives
Effectively communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
Forecast and monitor key account metrics
Generate reports on account status
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and expand opportunities within the territory
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as necessary
Cross-sell and upsell solutions an products into existing customers

Required
10+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executives and C-level individuals
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to meet customer needs
Proven capacity to manage multiple account management projects concurrently, with keen attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Capability to collaborate with internal executives and teams to achieve client objectives
