Responsibilities
Own the sales process for a large territory with a focus on finalizing new partnerships from initial prospecting to contract closure. This position will have a front-line sales focus initially, with team-building opportunities as expansion occurs.
Collaborate with customer success colleagues to ensure successful deployments and the expansion of partnerships.
Develop strong relationships with C-Level executives and decision-makers, including physician leaders, IT staff, RIS/PACS administrators, and radiology directors.
Meet or exceed the annual revenue quota.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring more than enough opportunities to achieve quotas.
Build relationships on clinical and operational sides of target accounts to effectively present and sell meaningful solutions.
Manage a pipeline that includes account targeting, deal qualification and prioritization, and accurate forecasting.
Develop new relationships within the account base of radiologists and educate them about the organization’s impact on clinicians and patients.
Build and maintain a comprehensive understanding of product offerings and the development roadmap.

Required
A minimum of 7 years of direct sales experience, with at least 3 years in full-cycle healthcare SaaS sales.
A proven track record of successful sales and consistently achieving or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).
An action-oriented mindset, with the ability to move quickly and remain intrinsically motivated.
A strong focus on delivering results and outcomes.
Preferred
Prior sales experience in AI at a growing healthcare startup.
