Responsibilities

Proven track record of sales success in a complex software or technology environment(preferably SaaS)
Ability to communicate and convey the value proposition of a complex software platform via phone and online demos as well as in-person meetings
Experience utilizing an enterprise level CRM (preferably salesforce.com ) to monitor and manage daily, weekly and monthly sales activities of the team
Success in a past leadership role required to include ongoing development of individual team members through training, mentoring and overall performance management
Creative thinker with an eye toward keeping a large team of sales representatives motivated and passionate about their work
Outstanding relationship building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously and successfully

Range of 2.5M to 3.5M Yearly Quota

College Degree, equivalent years of relevant experience may substitute
