Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies that align with Solera’s vision and revenue goals.
Leverage sales data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and ensure peak performance.
Cultivate strong connections with key clients and actively pursue new business opportunities.
Actively participate in deal closures, modeling advanced strategic selling techniques.
Help establish the structure and processes for a future sales team as the company grows.
Keep pace with industry trends, recommending innovative approaches to maintain Solera’s competitive edge.
Present sales performance reports to senior leadership, showcasing metrics like revenue growth, market share, and customer acquisition.
Work closely with Marketing, Engagement, Clinical, and Product teams to equip the organization with tools for sales success.

Required
BA/BS required.
10+ years in sales.
Proven success selling to employer groups and health plan payers.
Deep understanding of the full sales cycle, strategic decision-making, and CRM systems.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced settings with a self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset.
Skilled in fostering relationships and inspiring teams.
Up to 30% domestic travel required.
Preferred
MBA preferred.
Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment is a plus.
