Responsibilities
Analyze risk and control data to determine risk-based scope for processes.
Develop test scripts for control and transactional tests.
Analyze compliance with complex policies, procedures, and laws/regulations.
Ensure work papers are supported with analysis and conclusions of test findings.
Follow direction of Leads/Director and provide input on testing areas.
Utilize critical thinking and project management skills to aid the testing team.
Communicate observations and results both orally and in writing.

Required
Experience within the second/third line or third-party consulting, transaction testing regulatory requirements related to the American with Disabilities Act. (ADA)
Experience assessing website (and mobile app) accessibility for public accommodations under the ADA.
Experience writing and designing testing questions and strategy for testing regulatory requirements related to the American with Disabilities Act. (ADA)
Experience documenting and evidencing compliance and operational risk within the banking industry, preferable at a large complex financial institution.
Ability to analyze and apply ADA regulatory requirements to a bank’s operational environment.
Ability to effectively communicate observations and results both orally and in writing at a high level.
Preferred
Experience control testing in the second/third line and/or third-party consulting.
Experience analyzing and evaluating the control environment within the banking industry.
