Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the performance of existing PV vendors, pulling KPIs, facilitating governance meetings, handling escalations, and sending meeting minutes.
Source and negotiate new vendors for REMS, CMC, and Labeling activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality regulatory submissions are delivered on time globally.
Ensure KPIs and SLAs are met, providing regular feedback on vendor performance.
Work closely with functional area teams and Procurement to ensure successful vendor selection, transition, and performance.

Required
Experience sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendors in Regulatory CMC and Labeling, ideally with additional experience in PV vendor sourcing.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to interact with organizational leadership.
Proven track record in vendor relationship management, including governance and oversight, and managing KPIs/SLAs.
Comfort with managing operational issues and escalations while maintaining a collaborative approach.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment and deliver results with minimal supervision.
At least 5 years of experience managing vendor relationships, preferably within a healthcare/consumer care industry project management environment.
Experience in sourcing, selecting, and managing external partners in drug development outsourcing models.
Strong project management skills with a history of leading successful projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
