Responsibilities

Coordinate the creation, review and delivery of contract documents according to projected timelines.

Manage document control processes, including versioning, access control and document lifecycle management.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers and legal teams to ensure contract documents meet quality and compliance standards.

Monitor and track document workflows to ensure deadlines are met and potential issues are addressed proactively.

Maintain accurate records of document revisions, updates and approvals.

Provide support during audits or inspections related to document management and compliance

Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to address document-related inquiries and requests.

Required

Associate's degree from an accredited college and two or more years of experience.

Excellent time management skills and able to work with minimal day to day supervision.

Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience in following established policies and procedures and using data management techniques.

Track record in meeting deadlines under tight time restraints.

Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

This position requires a candidate who is a U.S. Citizen and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Preferred

Ability to maintain accuracy and completeness in document review and delivery.

Demonstrated capability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and optimize document workflows efficiently.

Ability to identify and resolve issues related to document content, format, or delivery schedules.
