Responsibilities
Interpret regulatory requirements and guidelines from authorities like SEC, FINRA, and FCA.
Collect, validate, and analyze financial and operational data for regulatory reporting.
Prepare and submit regulatory reports in compliance with deadlines and standards.
Develop and maintain documentation of regulatory reporting processes.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address reporting inquiries.
Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Conduct quality assurance reviews and reconciliation processes of reports.
Assist in responding to regulatory inquiries and requests for information.
Participate in regulatory examinations and audits, providing necessary support.
Stay informed about emerging regulatory developments and trends.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Regulatory Reporting Analyst, Financial Analyst, or similar role in a regulated industry (financial services preferred).
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and reporting frameworks (e.g., GAAP, IFRS, SEC filings).
Proficiency in data analysis and financial reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Bloomberg).
Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing and reviewing complex financial data and reports.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Preferred
Knowledge of regulatory reporting software and systems is advantageous.
