Responsibilities
Act as a vendor liaison with Cru’s healthcare reimbursements vendor to research and troubleshoot issues.
Create and manage content for internal communication related to healthcare reimbursements.
Update training materials for healthcare reimbursement systems and provide training opportunities for staff.
Process daily healthcare and staff reimbursement payments.
Monitor staff healthcare reimbursement advances and adjustments, and notify staff of necessary actions.
Process staff repayments for personal expenses, advances, and healthcare adjustments.
Answer inquiries from staff members regarding reimbursements through various communication channels.
Print paper checks, maintain detailed documentation, and serve as a backup for other team members.

Required
High school diploma
1-3 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
