Responsibilities
Developing strong relationships with customers and connecting with key business executives and stakeholders
Leading and planning the billing operations for multiple medical billing departments
Design, implement, and enforce policies and procedures while streamlining effective billing processes across various clients and markets
Ensure consistent billing and cash flow, with a constant emphasis on improving and increasing collections
Proactively identifying leading collection risk indicators
Cultivating a robust partnership with clients
Identifying new business opportunities within existing customer accounts
Offering support in the new business acquisition cycle
Collaboration with cross-functional internal teams, such as operations and sales

Required
3-5 years of progressive DME/Revenue Cycle Management experience
Comfortable speaking in front of small to large groups
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel)
Knowledgeable in at least one of the industry-recognized billing systems: Brightree, TIMs, HDMS, Niko
Strong analytical skills
Experience in Global/International team collaboration
Preferred
Minimum 2-year Associate degree
Project management experience
Ability to travel domestically and internationally
