Develop instructional courses tailored to desired learning outcomes.
Quickly and efficiently learn and process technical information by collaborating with Subject Matter Experts.
Create reference materials and support tools to enhance training for Credit Union team members.

Required
Bachelor's degree with a focus in Instructional Design, Education, Writing, Communication, Business, Behavioral Sciences, Training Development OR a related certification
Strong knowledge of Instructional Design - minimum of 3-5 years of experience
Proficient in E-Learning/Articulate Rise/Storyline
Experience converting instructor lead content to self-based learning
eLearning course development experience, utilizing a variety of techniques to define and sequence instructional content
Course authoring experience in Articulate 360 and familiarity with configuring and exporting SCORM packages
Effective research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong project management, relationship-building, collaboration, and written/verbal communication skills
Strong conversational grammar and familiarity with using in-house style guides
Ability to compile, organize, and present technical information clearly and concisely
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Preferred
Experience working as an in-house designer at large corporations is a plus, regardless of the industry
Experience in graphic design is a plus, but not required
