Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong, trusting, and professional relationships with assigned clients for all benefit related products, so they come to experience and understand us as a consultative benefits partner
Provide consultative analysis and support to clients on benefits as well as CPG programs and services
Serve as faculty for business to business, and business to client events
Deliver administrator onboarding and education training
Provide knowledge, service, and intervention to report, track, and resolve client issues and complex cases, escalating where appropriate
Prepare for and provide pension overview and retirement preparedness conversations
Identify, plan and design sales proposals and financial analyses
Act as a conduit for insights (two-way from CPG out to clients/church and from clients/church to CPG)

Required

BA/BS or combination of education and experience
5+ yrs of experience in Account Management
Ability to build strong, trusting, and consultative relationships with all levels of Church leadership
Strategic thinking and consultative skills
Professional demeanor to serve as a 'face of CPG'
Ability to understand and resolve complex issues and problems
Ability to communicate complex information in an understandable fashion
Ability to learn and become fluent in CPG benefits products and services and Episcopal Church polity
Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
Advanced presentation and public speaking skills

Preferred

Experience with benefit related products preferred (Pension, Health and Welfare)
